PRELIMINARY

1. These regulations may be called the Delhi Urban Art Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 1976.
2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

2. Definitions: In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. 'Act' means the Delhi Urban Art Commission Act, 1973 (1 of 1974);
2. 'Advisor' means a person associated with the Commission under Section 8 of the Act;
3. 'Chairman' means the Chairman of the Commission;
4. 'Secretary' means the Secretary of the Commission.
